The ignition module is also called the ignition controller. Through the different requirements of the environment, the metal probe or the ultraviolet photosensitive tube can be used together, which can realize automatic ignition, flame indication, flameout alarm and signal transmission. The ignition module has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, strong ignition and sensitive reaction, and can be widely used in various industries to monitor the flame generated by gas or liquid, and to extinguish flame.

Functional description of the ignition module:

After the ignition module is energized, the power indicator light is on (green light), the switch has no power-on response in the ON/OFF state, and the switch is turned on-ON-system self-test ignition 0.6 seconds later to open the solenoid valve, detecting a flame signal, stopping the ignition, working instructions The light is on (yellow light).

If the ignition time is 10 seconds, the flame can be fired at any time. If there is a flame signal during the key fire, it will enter the normal working state. If there is no flame signal within 10 seconds, the solenoid valve alarm indicator will be turned off (red).

Using the remote control function, an external 24VDC power input is required, and the controller is turned on and off by the closing of the switch.
